Located on Lake Tahoe's picturesque North Shore, the North Tahoe Event Center is the perfect setting for your next event. We offer flexible options for gatherings large and small, indoors and out, in the heart of Tahoe’s world-famous recreation and entertainment.

The North Tahoe Event Center is located in the heart of Kings Beach and is adjacent to the Kings Beach State Recreation Area, which has endless outdoor recreation amenities, including Jet Skis, parasailing, boating and more. And with Tahoe's year-round recreation, fine dining, shopping, gambling, and cultural activities just steps away, visitors to the center can enjoy everything the area has to offer.

The center is conveniently located just 45 minutes from Reno, two hours from Sacramento, and four hours from the San Francisco Bay Area. Shops, restaurants, golf courses, and casinos are within one mile, and some of the nation's best skiing, hiking and biking can be found in Kings Beach, Tahoe Vista, and Carnelian Bay.

The North Tahoe Event Center welcomes events of all size and type – from conferences and meetings to weddings and parties, we can accommodate your needs. To aid you in your planning, we offer award-winning, full-service catering, in-house audio-visual equipment, high-speed wireless Internet, air-wall systems in all room to create multiple breakout spaces and there are a multitude of nearby accommodations.Our Lakeview Ballroom with its floor to ceiling windows offer dramatic views of sandy beaches, majestic mountains, classic blue skies, and the crystal-clear lake. The expansive Beachfront Terrace is a spectacular choice for a wedding or any celebration.  There is a seamless flow between these two areas.  Together they make an exquisite backdrop for your special day. The spacious yet intimate 4800+ sq. foot Timberline Suite can be configured in a multitude of ways, from conference room that will accommodate 400 people to a luxurious wedding for 250.   

There are many uses for the Evergreen Suite of rooms.  It has 1260 sq. ft that can be used as a meeting room, generous bridal room, room for the kids, small family reunion. 

You are able to rent the rooms individually or rent the entire building.  The possibilities are endless.
